We believe childhood is a time to wonder, explore, and discover. Our daily flow thoughtfully balances intentional, expert-led instruction with vibrant, child-led play, ensuring every student develops a love for learning while building a strong academic foundation.

Arrival & Exploration
Children arrive with excitement, greet their teachers, and build with magnetic cubes while their peers arrive.
9:15 AM
Morning Meeting
We sing the Days of the Week song, check the daily calendar, and talk about the weather.
9:30 AM
Snack and Story
We fuel up for a day of growth while listening to a story about apples, a theme we have been studying.
9:45 AM
Literacy Centers
We go on a scavenger hunt looking for items beginnging with "T," one of our letters of the week. After sharing our findings, we cut out a paper letter T and glue it to construction paper.
10:15 AM
Music
We explore rhythm by drumming along to phonics songs. Then, we dance to the beat of kid-friendly dance music with scarves.
10:45 AM
Outdoor Play
Children enjoy some unstructured outdoor time with our play equipment.
11:15 AM
Math
Students practice one-to-one counting by building towers with as many blocks as possible before they fall down. Then, we build structures with exactly 6 blocks to explore our number of the week. We wrap up by singing our counting song.
11:45 AM
Stations
Children rotate through three different stations for cooperative play: Magetic Tiles, Kitchen, and Hand Puppets. The teacher pulls children one-at-a-time to complete a worksheet circling everything beginning with the letter 'A',' another letter of the week.
12:15 PM
Lunch
Children eat and socialize as they wind down from a fun day of hard work and hard play.

Daily Routine Highlights
Morning Meeting
Each morning begins with joyful connection, weaving essential academic and life skills into a playful routine. Children might count the days we’ve shared together and bundle them into tens to explore early place value, or think of words that share the first letter of their names. Every day offers new, engaging activities that reinforce important skills while still feeling like play.
Snack and Story
This special time allows us to dive into the wonders of science and the world around us through nonfiction texts, thoughtfully linked to our monthly themes. By listening to stories every day, our little ones bloom in their literacy skills. We cherish this time when we fuel up while exploring new topics.
Stations
In our station rotation, your little ones enjoy the magic of imaginative play and self-discovery, nurturing their social growth. We deeply value this cozy time for one-on-one meetings with their teacher that help each child master their new milestones.
